A customer need WQFN (BQA) 14pin package drawing, but I can not find it in the website and the datasheet.

It looks like a new package.

Can you share this drawing? dimension drawing and recommended footprint.

Hi,

Thanks for bringing this to my attention - I'll work on getting this data updated in the datasheet.

Yes, I have provided the step file to customer, but he need cad drawing which can find dimensions and tolerance.Do Do you have it? or it's preparing now.
