SN74AXC1T45-Q1: Schematic review request

My customer consider using SN74AXC1T45-Q1 for GPIO level shifting from 1.05V to 3.3V and he asked to review his SN74AXC1T45-Q1 schematic as attached below. Please review and comment if there is anything to be revised.

Is R8846 really 75 Ω? This is not a value I would expect for a pull-up resistor.

Otherwise, everything is OK.
