Pins 23 and 24 are internally connected. (The pinout is designed this way to make the footprint compatible with non-translating transceivers like the SN74LVC245A.)
However, the device is probably not designed for or tested with one supply pin left floating, so correct operation is not guaranteed.

Customer is searching for the replacement of 74LVXC3245, but need the operation temperature range to be larger than 105℃, do you have any suggestion here?

This device should still function if pin 23 is left floating, but it's still recommended to connect this to your supply for the best performance. If you're looking for a higher temp rating, try the SN74LXC8T245-Q1, which is rated up to 125C
