Our customer would like to know the propagation delay of LSF0204RUTR. I have checked the datasheet but the previous value of 1.5ns was removed in page 1.
How much propagation delay does your system allow for? I don't expect the prop delay as a direct result of the LSF being present being a huge problem. The LSF devices are passive translation devices so the propagation delay is really dependent on the load at the output. The device itself won't add much to the propagation delay, which is where the 1.5ns probably initially came from. The On-resistance which is very low for this device, the load capacitance and resistance, and any pullup resistor you may have will all contribute to the propagation delay.
