Hello,
My customer designed a PLL using OnSemi MC74HC4046A Phase Comparator 2 and external VCO.
He would like to replace OnSemi MC74HC4046A by TI SN74LV4046A.
Is it doable, or any differences between them and SN74LV4046A Phase Comparator 2 does not exactly the same as MC74HC4046A?
