Hi,

I am looking for a chip which would act like a "NOT Gate".

Requirement is: I have two select lines wherein i want to select either of the 1 between 2. So when 1 pin drives to VCC other would drive to 0V. It would be good if a chip has array of NOT Gates. High on line-> 2V to VCC. VCC i am good with 3.3V - 5V.

Please suggest suitable part for this.

Is any chip available which can support upto 21 channel, My requirement is for 21 channels.

Just change the number of channels in the search function to get this list.

The largest device has 16 channels. You can, for example, combine SN74AHC16540 and SN74AHC540.

Yes, we narrow down to 2 devices with 16 channels support.

For the 5 remaining channels you can consider using a hex schmitt trigger inverter or another octal device like the SN74AHC540 or SN74AHC240.
