Can you provide data on the minimum propagation delay time for VCC = 3.3V, across temperature?

    Hi AH,

    Can you clarify on why this value is important for you? Usually only the worst case maximum propagation delay is of most importance as this will cause the most problems in a design.

    Since this device does not spec a min tpd across temperature, I would take the typ value to be the min as a guaranteed value. The actual min will typically be around .5ns to 1.5ns.
