Dear Sir,

We are Using PIC Micro controller.

I am looking for Digital Input and Digital Output Solution for

1.60 Digital Input Signal like Multiplexer or Similar

Please propose Best Suitable IC and Simple solution from Texas
Currently Using SN54150J

2.36 Digital Output Signal like Shift Register or Similar (Serial Input and Parallel Output)

Please propose Best Suitable IC and Simple solution from Texas.
Currently Using 4094D

    Do you require a pin-to-pin replacement? Military temperature range? Same electrical characteristics?

    The most similar 16:1 mux is the CD4067B-MIL, but it has a different pinout.

    "4094D" is not a complete device name. Replacements might be CD54HC4094 or CD4094B-MIL.

    2.Military temperature range?
    Industrial grade/Mil grade both are okay for us.we will select either one based on cost.

    3.Same electrical characteristics?
    Not required same electrical characteristics.required better one.

    we want to reduce number of IC's Count in a single PCB.(Instead 8 Bit , 16 Bit Shift register are more preferable).

    Package : SMD is more preferred (But not Ball grid array (BGA) Type)...

    Use the search function: 16:1 multiplexers

    The only 16-bit shift register is the SN74LS673. So you will have to cascade multiple 4094 or 595 shift registers.
