Here is the inquire from our customer.

 

  • Please share the tolerance for each input / output pin.
  • How long can SN74LVC1G123 extent the Tw ?
  • The time between high output at Q and input signal at B
  • After passing Tw, how would SN74LVC1G123 operate if input high signal at B at turning off to low at output.

    Please share the tolerance for each input / output pin.

    What do you mean by 'tolerance'?  The voltage and current limits of the I/O pins are listed in the datasheet.

    How long can SN74LVC1G123 extent the Tw ?

    The time of the output pulse is dependent on the external timing components selected. The resistance value is limited by leakage -- I would not recommend going above 1 Mohm for the timing resistor.

    There is no limitation on the capacitor size -- so there is no limitation on the output pulse length.

    The time between high output at Q and input signal at B

    The delay between the B input and the output is listed in the datasheet switching characteristics tables.

    After passing Tw, how would SN74LVC1G123 operate if input high signal at B at turning off to low at output.

    I'm not sure what this means.  The output triggers any time a rising edge is detected at B, which includes during the output of a pulse, during the transition of a pulse, or at any other time.
