I would like to find the change list from C2000 compiler 6.2.9 to the latest LTS compiler release?

    Unfortunately, that information is not contained in a single document.  Each release of the compiler comes with a readme that gives general information about the changes in the release, and a list of the bugs which are fixed.  The precise form of these documents changed over time.  To see the older releases, please visit the tools download archive: Code Generation Tools for Texas Instruments Processors: Downloads.  For recent releases, please visit the page C2000 code generation tools - compiler.  Note you do not need to collect the information for every single release.  Instead, collect the information from the last release for each grouping of releases.  So, collect the information on versions 6.2.11, 6.4.12,  15.12.7.LTS, etc.
