Hi Team,
We are checking the last reset reason in our unit by reading the reset cause reqister of the controller. Which is not being properly updated with the reset cause.
At MCU, when the last reset source is checked, “Power on Reset” is being shown as last reset source when the MCU power is stable and it overriding (not retaining) other reset source such as “external reset assertion” even when the reset pin is toggled externally.
Comments would be appreciated on why its not being updated properly.
