MSP432E401Y: Unable to connect to the board via CCS debug mode

Hi,

Could anyone help how to address the issue, currently unable to connect the target board (MSP-EXP432E401Y). 

The error response as below:

Error Message: CS_DAP_0: Error connecting to the target: (Error -1170 @ 0x0) Unable to access the DAP. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.2.1.00042)
