Could you please provide complete datasheet of this emulator(TMDSEMU200-U) and also make sure that whether using this emulator can we programmed TM4C129ENCPDT microcontroller?
What is the pin outputs and mating connector part available in emulator to select external flashing cable?

There is no datasheet for the emulator, it is build to work with your IDE(typically code composer from TI) and the device. The product folder, linked above, confirms it will work with the TM4C family of MCUs from TI.
In terms of flash capability, this would be supported in CCS or with our Uniflash solution.
