Dear Expert ,

Good day!

Our customer use the Uniflash to program the device . When she use the Memory function , she had a doubt about the data format . For example the picture below

The customer write the 0xF0203004 to 07 data FF/45/01/00 , from the normally reading habits ， the data which shown in the uniflash should be FF450100 , but in fact the reverse is true ，it is 000145FF , when the customer want to export the data , the data in the hex file is same to the tool . the customer want to confirm that , is it correct for uniflash ? did they make any mistake in the program ?

Hi Leon,

Let me know how do you program the data to EEPROM? If 0xFF is written to 0xF0203004, 0x45 to 0xF0203005, 01 to 0xF0203006, and 0x00 to 0xf0203007, the 32-bit HEX display in memory browser should be 0xFF450100. LS0432 is a big endian device, the most significant byte (0xFF) is stored first at the lowest memory address.

Dear Wang ,

Thank you for your reply , I do not know the steps about how to program the data E2P , I can confirm it with customer ,but from the first picture which I upload , you can find that , the command and register address is correct , only the display of the Uniflash is reverse , and the output file is reverse either , this is not convenient for customer to compare the data .

I want to confirm that whether this is the normal display , or is there any errors will cause this happened ?

Hi Leon,

If you write 0x12345678 to flash, the content of flash in CCS memory browser should be 0x12345678.
