MSP-EXP432P401R: XDS parameters

Hello,

I am around this battery testing problem and I studied the interface as per previous question. During surfing I have found settings for debug probe as Voltage level and TCLK properties, also probe or target power setting. My question is that this settings work only with high grade debugprobes or I set something wrong?

Hello Laszlo,

I am not sure I understand your question.  The MSP-EXP432P401R includes the XDS110 circuit on board, but also has the capability to be programmed from an external XDS.  There may be more options available on some third party XDS tools, but I am not sure I understand what your question is.

in the debug options I have found parameters can be set as TCLK, board supply source and level. They are set through "project".ccxml file. I have tried to set this parameters but nothing hapend. I would be interested especially on TCLK which should be decreased for isolation circuitry and supply level to emulate how my circuit  works battery powered environment.

I checked schematic but I have doubt this settings wok with XDS110. I would like to ask expert opinion these settings can help me?
