I am really concerned about this device power consumption. I want to run it from a 12 Ah battery pack after some DC-DC and LDO power conversions, however, after taking a look at the rated power consumption at its datasheet (table 5.6 at page 39), I have seen that it is something around 130 mA at 100 MHz clock frequency, or 160 mA at 160 MHz.
The fact is that I'm not sure if this is the total current consumption, and also if I could make it lower. Actually, I am planning to use a 16 MHz crystal so, could you provide some numbers about the power consumption around this new frequency?
