Hi Team,

My customer is using the TMS570LC4357 and has some questions regarding the SPI interface:

  1. What is the maximum clock speed that the SPI interface supports ? Based on this information - https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/hercules-safety-microcontrollers-group/hercules/f/hercules-safety-microcontrollers-forum/665407/tms570ls3137-maximum-spi-baud-rate-inquiry it is said that the speed can go upto 25 MHz, is that correct for this device as well?
  2. Can the SPI CLK be a free-running clock ?
  3. If they have an external clock running the SPI interface (Using CLKMOD in the SPI Global configuration register), can the SPI on the TMS still run as Master?
