Our customer needs ETM function with Keil5 IDE, they followed the steps below, but got the Trace: Data Stream Error
Hardware:
Traceclk with PF3，Tracedata[0] with PF2，Tracedata[1] with PF1.
2. Software(use ULINK Pro):

But they still get the error as below:

Still have one more question, why does TM4C123GH6PM only have 2pin Trace data[0, 1]?
Usually it should be 4-pin trace output, right?

Got it, I found some info on KEIL.com as below:

It shows that 2-pin trace data is not supported due to the limited bandwidth for ETM, I think that is one of the reason lead to the failure. Thanks~
