Anshul,

There is no C2000 MCU with a built in CAN transceiver. I did a quick parametric search of some of the other processor/MCU families within TI and also do not see one with this option.

Hello Anshul,

The closest fit here given low resources needed would probably be TM4C123x. It is a Cortex-M4 with CAN 2.0 A/B Controller. CAN transceiver is not in-built.

Flash size is minimum 64kB as well.
