1.What's the exact meaning of RDS? RDS is one of the information about self-test failure,value of it despends on RGS.
2.As described in manual, "resume the test if required using Program Control register(offset = 0x16c) STR = 2." So, where is the Program Control register? I searched the whole manual ,but failed.
3.In Fail Status ** Register description，what's the exact menaning of port0 and port1 ? refer to single port and dual port? So, why only port0 Fail Status Fail Register? port1 failure?
4.In table 2-5, why lack of RGS and RDS about FLEXRAY when it in RAM Group 17?Why lack of the grouping information about TCRAM?According to number, whether lack of ESRAM?

    RGS: register group select and

    RDS: register data select 

    Please read the Table of PBIST Memory Grouping in device TRM.

    This register is a rsved register.

    Port 1 is for dual port memory. Port 0 is for single-port and dual-port memory.

    The dual-port and single-port for flexray use the same RGS and RDS.

    Thanks for your reply,but I still have some questions.
    1.According to description in the Chpter 7,"Refer to Table 2-5 for information on the RDS values for each memory." Though the Table 2-5 in the TRM presents the RDS of diffrent RAM Group ,there are no exact information about the meaning of RDS. So, if self-test failed, what's the exact meaning of RDS in the RAM Configuration Register (RAMT)?

    2.In the Table 2-5, what's the exact meaning of ESRAM1,ESRAM5,ESRAM6,ESRAM8?Are they the RAM of some module?If so, please tell me the exact module and their corresponding relation. And, Why there are no grouping of TCRAM?
