Connection of Power Pins of TMS5704357BZWTQQ1 Microcontroller

For TMS5704357BZWTQQ1 MCU, the section like ADC, EMIF, ETM, NHET when not used, power pins of those section (eg VCCAD(pin W15)) can be grounded or needed to be connected with +3.3V?

Hello,

For unused pins (EMIF, ETM, NHET, ADC), they can be left unconnected, or be tied to GND through a small resistor.

For VCCAD and VADREFHI, I would still suggest connecting these supply pins as specified, and then powering down the ADC in software to save power.
