I currenltly have designed into my HERC EMIF interface a MT28EW128ABA1LPC-0SIT 128MBit parallel NOR flash . What is the largest NV type memory I can attach to the Herc?
I was thinking I could use a SPI bus to access a SPI flash....
just wondering...
doesnt have to be ultra fast....just want to hang as much external memory on it as possible for data storage.
