The native header on the XDS200 is a CTI20 female connector.  The XDS200 also ships with the following: CTI20-TI14(TI 14 pin JTAG), CTI20-ARM20(ARM 20 pin JTAG C20) , CTI20-ARM10(ARM 10 pin JTAG C10).  If you wanted to design a board header that is native to the CTI20 connector alone, that is possible.  Traditionally most TI DSP/non ARM MCU use the 14-pin connector.
