Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP1075
Hello,
We are using MSP432E401y internal PHY for one of our Customer Project. Additionally, we are using 5 TRIACs for switching the appliances.
It works perfectly fine. But MCU temperature goes too high when we are using all five TRIAC working. We are measuring temperature using TMP1075 placed beside MS432E401y. Temperature goes around 75 degrees C when the ambient temperature is 30 degrees C.

Please suggest how would we lower down the temperature of MPS432E401y.
