There are so many choices for SCI and LIN transceivers.

The SCI module does not support UART Hardware Flow Control. This feature can be implemented in Software using a General Purpose I/O pin. The RTS and CTS can be left connected or connected to GND, please refer to the datasheet of the transceiver.

Thank you for the message.  Does the below configuration work without the transceivers, or still the transceivers are to be placed on the board?

Hi,

For SCI short distance communication, you can connect TX to RX without transceiver. For LIN, I am not sure.
