MSP432P401R: Create UIA Configuration File in CCS 10.4

Part Number: MSP432P401R

Hi,

I start debug session in CCS 10.4 and choose Tools > RTOS Analyzer > Execution Analysis.  
Then I got following screen shot:

Please let me have any available Custom UIA Configuration file for MSP432P401R or show me how to create UIA Configuration file.

Any documents/User Guide is appreciated in advance.
