TM4C129ENCPDT: Not able to compile project

Hi All,

I am using ccs 6.1.2, ti rtos 2.16.1.14 and xdctools 3.32 with segger jlink.

When I am trying to buikd my project, I am getting error

Description Resource Path Location Type
File connections/segger_j-link_connection.xml does not exist. Was included by file C:/workspace/embedded/mqttPhase2Poc/petromo-tgt-wifi/targetConfigs/Tiva TM4C1294NCPDT.ccxml Tiva TM4C1294NCPDT.ccxml /petromo-tgt-wifi/targetConfigs line 0 Problem

Even though I have installed segger j-link support as given on their website, it is not working. Let me know how to fix this.

Hello AKhilesh,

How have you updated your program to use Seggar J-Link? I can try and replicate with my own J-Link if I understand what steps you have taken.

I did the exact steps.

Thanks. I am missing a connector to test this out and will need to acquire it tomorrow. I will post an update tomorrow after I am tried the same process myself.

Hello Akhilesh,

I see the issue now (and should have yesterday...). On Seggar's site:

In order to use J-Link with TI CCS, min. V6.1.3 of TI CCS is required. Earlier versions might work but are not guaranteed to do so. Please understand that SEGGER does not provide any support for CCS versions earlier than V6.1.3.

Your CCS needs to be updated per Seggar.
