TMS570LC4357: Error connecting to the target

Hello Team,

I'm using XDS110 debug probe with TMS570LC4357 controller. Whenever I try to flash the code I'm getting :-

Error connecting to the target: (Error -2131 @ 0x0) Unable to access device register. Reset the device,
and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable
JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK). (Emulation package 9.3.0.00042)


Please refer the below attached screenshot. I hope someone can help me in addressing this issue.
