RM48L952: nPORRST Vih level

Hi,

I am inneed of the Vih(minimum high voltage) level of nporrst pin.In datasheet only Vil level is specified.

Kindly provide me the same.

Hi Sathish,

Vih is the same as for the other pins (2V up to Vccio+0.3). Vil for nPORRST is described in section 6.3 on nPORRST electrical and timing requirements.

As per datasheet,

A note has been given that the values are not applicable to nporrst pins.

Hi Sathish,

The note 2 should only apply to Vil.
