Hello,
customer wants to use the QSPI flash also for configuration data. Is there any driver or example to access the QSPI flash and copy data with the DMA?

Yes, you can refer to examples\drivers\ospi\ospi_flash_dma example for using DMA with flash.

Just to add -

There are two ways we can enable DMA.

If you enable DMA for the example from sysconfig, then whenever you do a read more than 1KB, ospi will automatically use DMA for that copy from Flash memory to SRAM or TCM or wherever.

Another option is to do SW trigger of DMA. In the ospi_flash_dma example, we do a sw trigger of DMA by setting src address as the MMIO address of flash and destination as SRAM. The memcpy is triggered by DMA in this case.

To make sure that DMA is used in flash reads, just enable dma in the sysconfig.
