Good day.

Our customer encountered a problem in using the device. Need your assistance for further troubleshooting.

Here are the details: The problem started while I was working with the Hercules TMS570LS1224 Launchpad. At that moment I had not loaded anything yet because I was completely focused on debugging a program, so I’m sure did not interfere with another process. Unfortunately, the board was ejected by the computer unexpectedly and when trying to reconnect it, the computer no longer recognized it and now only LED 6 blinks (<+ 5V) and does a slight hum.

I tried on another computer and the same thing happened, it was not recognized either. I have already checked the configuration of the jumpers JP6 (ON), JP2 (ON), JP3 (ON) and JP1 (OFF). Finally, I recently tried connecting the board to the USB cable of an MSP430 with no success.
