RM48L952: Will freeRTOS comply SIL3 of IEC61508 functional safety certification?

Dear Experts,

I am trying to develop a SIL3 product with RM48L952.

I like to know if freeRTOS can pass the SIL3 functional safety certification.

If possible, may I get some coding/design guidance of freeRTOS for IEC61508 certification ??
