Good day.

Our customer is using the MSP432P401R development kit and they encounter Error -260 @ 0x0. More details from the customer below:

"I need some helps for my MSP432P401R development kit, well, previously, I can program on it well and everything is fine. But today when I connect with USB cable to my laptop, it doesn't recognise and I cannot debug it anymore. Another thing I have to say is that I didn't update any software but yesterday my windows 10 had some updates, not sure if that's the cause"

May I confirm if MSP432P401R development kit means SimpleLink MSP432 Software Development Kit (SDK)

if yes, what is the MCU board? it is user design board or some EVM

and XDS110 is TI officer product or the third party product?

Thank you for your help on this.

I've just received a response from our customer and here's what they have told us:

I purchase the whole Robotics kits for an online course from this link au.mouser.com/.../TI-RSLK-Mechkit
and I only upload the code to the development board via provided USB cable, not use any third party product.

I don't have much experience on XDS110 , I think this issue is related with XDS110 PC driver.
