is it possible to know the intent of this, what is the second flash utility going to be used for and what is it that current script or tool is lacking?

The customer want to reference the uniflash to flash their chip at their scenario. When they read the "FlashPython.py" file which location at "C:\ti\uniflash_6.3.0\deskdb\content\TICloudAgent\win\ccs_base\mmWave", the first line is "from FlashPythonFramework import *", can not find the file which named "FlashPythonFramework" under the TI folder. They want know the meaning of this code and the "FlashPythonFramework" file location. The code is captured above.
