TMS570LS3137: software installation process

Part Number: TMS570LS3137
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SEGGER,

Hi Team,

Can you please check and advise with following request?

"

We are working with TMS570LS3137 MCU within the scope of our project. According to our attached schematic, when we run our circuit, although the Segger J-Trace programmer does not give an error, we cannot perform the software installation process. When we searched the forum sites, we saw that the MCU was offered for sale with the sleep mode demo software installed from the year of production, and therefore some developers could not install software. Also, as can be seen in the schematic, the nTRST pin is left blank. Since we could not load the software, we first short-circuited the nTRST pin with Vccio and set it to 3.3VDC. Since we could not get a result, we tried to install the software by short-circuiting the nTRST pin with nPORRST again. We have not been successful with these connection methods. Can you enlighten us on this?

Additionally, some of the voltage levels we observed on the PCB are as follows:

- Vcc(IO)=3.3VDC
- Vcc (Core)=1.2VDC
- Vccp = 3.3VDC
- Vccpll= 1.2VDC
- Vnerror = 3.3VDC
- VnRST = 3.1VDC
- VnPORRST = 2.8VDC

"

Thanks in advance

Best Regards
