The MSP432P SDK is missing from TI Resource Explorer (in CCS as well as at dev.ti.com). Was this removed by accident? When will it be returning?

The link you provided only have SDK for MSP432E, and not for MSP432P as requested.
The download links on https://www.ti.com/tool/download/SIMPLELINK-MSP432-SDK still seem active - just downloaded and run the Linux installer.
After installation CCS 10.0 recognised that was installed:
However, the TI Resource Explorer is not showing the Simplelink MSP432P SDK.
By using Project -> New Project Project was able to use the Import Wizard and after browsing to the installation directory got a list of example projects to import:
After importing the above selected example project it compiled OK.
