Which data manual to find the module ID of the EMIF?

It is a rev number. The EMIF Rev03 is used on TMS570 devices.

Hi QJ Wang,

I find the demo board has a 8M sdram,can I access the sdram through EMIF,do you have sample code?

In the hdk user guide,J13 is used to enable and disable the on-board SDRAM,how to enable it?

The J13 is opened by default, the SDRAM is enabled. The HalCOGen contains a SDRAM example:
