Uniflash offers a CLI, see https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/uniflash/docs/v6_4/uniflash_quick_start_guide.html for details. This can be used via a python script.

Uniflash is primary a development and prototype tool. For mass production I would also look into tools from a 3rd party, some companies to look into is listed here: dev.ti.com/.../node
