I am updating some code for a product built around an MSP423P401R and wanted to reference the family datasheet at www.ti.com/.../slau356i.pdf but find it is completely gone from TI's website. Same with the SDK downloads and basically all information for this product. In fact, even the forum no longer offers this in its "part number" dropdown like it did until fairly recently.
There's no official indication this has been discontinued (although Digikey does lists the associated MSP-EXP432P401R LaunchPad as "obsolete") and I can find no PCN from TI to that effect. That said, based on TI's own website it's unclear if the chip ever existed in the first place?!
Is this what we should expect from TI as developers, that one week a product appears to be fully supported and the next week all information about it will simply be erased with no notice or explanation? How can I even set up my existing project on a new laptop if the SDK is gone?
