TMS570LC4357: programming flash from another

I am investigating a method to programming one TMS570LC4357 flash from another TMS570LC4357’s  via a bitbanged JTAG implementation over GPIO lines. I am following this document: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spna230/spna230.pdf?ts=1632335369577&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F

 

What I am wondering is if there are any libraries or existing tools that already implement this or portions of this that I could include into an application fit for running on the tms570.
