I haven't found anything the datasheet about ESD "performances".

What are the ESD protections in the TMS570?

Is there a test report for HBM, MM and DM?

The TMS570LS1224 and TMS570LS0432/0332 uC's are all qualified to the same standards in regard to ESD.

HBM: 2kV

CDM: 750V corner pins, 500V for all other pins

This information is currently included in our qualification reports but is not currently included in our datasheets. We are checking the background to determine why it is not in the datasheets. For additional updates on this topic, please refer to the following thread:
