TMS570LS3137: The fault inject test of CCMR4

To add, the fault injection test provided by the library function should clear the fault flag after the fault injection is completed, that is, it does not affect the normal operation of the CPU. The fault injection is only to test that the CPU can respond normally when a fault occurs. Is that so? Because our project requires periodic fault injection and diagnosis during periodic work. Another point is that a 2 bit ECC fault has indeed occurred in the CPU. In this case, this fault cannot be cleared, right?

Are you in Debug mode while running this selftest? I think CCM Self test cannot be run in debug mode.

Try the same test by flashing the code disconnect the debugger and hit reset to run.. You can have some pin toggle just to make sure the test has completed.

With debugger connected, CCM is disabled so do not run when debugger is connected.

hi,QJ,DUBUG is not connected, but after the CCMR4 diagnosis, all the subsequent diagnosis errors appear.

I got it. The test result of "CCMR4F_ERROR_FORCING_TEST_FAULT_INJECT" is that the ESM 2.2 is set. The the ESM flag is not cleared in the selftest function. 

Sine this test is "FAULT_INJECT", the failInfoCCMR4F.stResult != ST_PASS which is expected.
