Dear team:

My customer has below questions, Looking forward to your help:

I am using Ti's MCU to communicate with PGA460 through RS485 To TTL.

I can get the sensor data, but after a period of time, PGA460 will not respond to my request.

I have measured the signal in the Rx pin and confirmed that the data is correct, but there is no signal in the Tx pin of PGA460. 

This phenomenon disappears after being powered on again. 

Have any of you had this kind of problem, how did you solve it, and would like someone to help me

    Hi,

      Based on your description, the MCU is sending commands correctly to PGA460 as you measure the signal on Rx pin of PGA460. But PGA460 is not responding. If this is the case I will forward your question to our PGA460 experts for assistance. In the meantime, can you provide scope captures of TX and RX signals to PGA460 when it is responding and when it is NOT responding?

    Hello User, 

    Its unclear if the issue is due to the MCU sending packets or if its the PGA460 and it needs to be further isolated and debugged. Have you tried to use our EVM with MCU and what were the observations here ? Do we see similar behavior ? Thanks.
