Hi,
How to handle the un used pins of RM48L952 MCU.
Which good to go whether Internal Pull Up or Pull Down.
Please suggest.
For ADC pin alone we are Externally connection 10K pull down.
Thanks and Regards,
Ganesh V

Hi Ganesh,
The TI's internal pull-up/down cell is current source, not actual resistance. This current source fixes voltage level when the pin is floating. If the pin is left unconnected (floating), either pull-up or pull-down can be used.
When the pin with internal pull-up cell is tied to HIGH externally, there is no current leakage, but when this pin is tied to LOW, device leakage occurs. When the pin with internal pull-down cell is tied to HIGH externally, system leakage occurs. If there is a pull-up/down resistor is added on a unused pin external, the internal pull type should be selected.
