TMS570LC4357: Cannot access attachment of older support cases

Hello,

I currently have difficulties to access a locked LC4357, using AJSM.

I wish to use/see the attachements of the following support cases:

but I keep getting the error message:

"You do not have permission to view this directory or page."

I am signed in to the website

How can I access those attachments?
