TMS570LC4357: CCS 11 on MacOS Monterey - installer don't work

I've got MacOs dmg CCS 11 installer from your download pages, opened DMG and run ccs_setup app. However, nothing is happening after setup is executed. I see in activity monitor that installer is taking 90% CPU, but I don't see any window with installation setup, progress. Seems like nothing is happening and it just hangs there and consumes CPU.

Is it supposed to run MacOS Monterey? I need to develop SW for Hercules microcontroller.
