Arrow is asking us to develop the programming algorithm for the part TMS570LS20216A.

We want your help with the following documents.

1. F035 Flash API Library---Please provide us with the weblink if it is available on your website.
2. Compiler for this device---Please provide us with the weblink if it is available on your website.
3. Document on how to download API to RAM using JTAG. Or if there is no JTAG interface available, which interface do you recommend us to use for off-line programmers and can you provide us with the detailed documents?
