Part Number: TM4C1290NCPDT

I cannot find Tr and Tf requirement for crystal oscillator input into this MCU in the datasheet.

What are maximum and minimum value of falling time and rising time?

It would be appreciated if anyone could answer my question.

    Hello Yoshiki,

    I was not able to locate characterized values for the requested parameters. Please refer to the listed crystal specifications in the device datasheet to make the selection for suitable crystals. There has been no cases of a crystal that falls within the provided specifications not functioning as expected with TM4C devices.
