MSP432E411Y: Ability to send an ARP Probe packet through the NDK library

Greetings,

I'm using SDK 4.20.00.12 and have been searching for a way to send an ARP Probe packet through the NDK stack or any ARP packet for that matter and haven't uncovered a function to do so yet. Is this functionality available?

Alternatively, if AutoIP/Link-Local Address functionality exists in the TI NDK stack/library if the way to enable it could be explained that would also be helpful.

I'm aware of the Third Party lwip source code but that seems like a considerable change at this point in my project.

    Unfortunately, I have passed this posting around to a couple of different teams and nobody seems to be able to suggest a solution.

    I don't know what else can be done at this point so I will mark this resolved for now.
