Do any of the tests recommended for use with a Safety Critical project (ISO26262) affect the state of the TMS outputs pins?
Of particular concern for us is the state of the N2HET1 set of pins during startup.
We have already identified the possible need to reduce the scope of loopback tests (to protect a sub-set of the pins) but we are left wondering whether the BIST tests run at start-up (Boot Time in TI-speak) could affect the pins - this appears unlikely but can't find any definitive statement that will put our minds at rest..
